Shipping

• All items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for printing and processing before shipping.

• Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

• Express shipping applies only to delivery time, not production time.

Returns & Exchanges

• Because items are custom 3D printed, we can only accept returns if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

• Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each item is printed specifically for your order.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• After printing has started, cancellations are not possible since the product is already in production.
